




About the Role We are looking for a professional team player to be our receptionist and first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Gisborne office, while providing general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly. You will manage phone and email enquiries and coordinate travel, procurement, and office logistics for our engineers across 10 North Island locations. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, reporting to the Finance & Administration Team Lead. You will be an organised and confident individual who can manage multiple tasks and thrive in a busy environment. You will join a proactive Administration team that works collaboratively and supports one another. The role requires you to have technological nous and confidence navigating a range of digital tools. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite is required, and experience with document management systems would be an advantage. About You – you will have: • 3+ years reception or administration experience. • excellent communication. • solid written, verbal, and organisational skills. • strong people skills. • professional, and solution-focused approach. • at least a current restricted driver’s license.
