• The living area has windows to the East, North and West making it very sunny with wonderful views eg. Kapiti Island.
• 1x double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and direct access into the upstairs bathroom. This bathroom also has a door into a short hallway which can be locked and the bathroom becomes an ensuite.
Downstairs
• 1x very large and 1x large bedroom – both bedrooms have more than enough space for a couple and/or a separate workspace to work from home.
