Looking for a flatmate to join us in our cosy 3-bedroom house located in Grey Lynn! The house is conveniently located near motorway on/off ramps, with a bus stop just a 1-minute walk away, and only 5 minutes from dairy, cafes, and Western Springs. The available bedroom is light-filled with high ceilings, a large built-in wardrobe, and includes a queen bed. Plenty of space to add your own furniture and make it your own. The living area is shared, with a combined lounge, dining, and kitchen area, and features provided whiteware and furniture. The bathroom is shared as well, and there is plenty of storage space. We're a relaxed household of professionals including a management consultant and a newly arrived Spanish couple. Everyone has their own routines and we respect each other's space while maintaining a friendly, easygoing atmosphere. The weekly rental rate is $295 including Amazon Prime and Neon subscriptions. Additional costs include utilities (power, gas, water, internet) and cleaning. Parking is also available. The move-in date is negotiable.
