Kia Ora Koutou! We’re on the hunt for a new great flattie, preferably female, to join our sunny, easy-going 2-story home! You’ll be living with two lovely ladies in their mid 30s, one Argentinian and one Kiwi, who enjoy a chat, a wine, and a peaceful home. The Room & House: Rent is $227.50 per week, plus bills split as they arrive (we’re good at adulting). The room is small but has a little built in wardrobe and there is plenty of extra storage in the house! You’ll share a bathroom (and the entire upstairs area) with just one other person - so no long queues. The house has two small decks and gets great sun all day, perfect for plants and relaxing! There’s plenty of parking down the drive, plus a large double garage for all your extra stuff and hobbies. Bond is $960. Location perks: We’re super close to Glenfield Mall, which has everything you could possibly need: groceries, shops, cafés, the lot. Buses into town are super easy and stops in each direction practically just 4min walk away. Move-in date: 8 December, but we can be a bit flexible if needed because life happens. We’re a pretty chill and social household: friendly but not in-your-face, clean but not obsessive, and always down for a laugh or shared meal when the mood strikes.
