We have a new position available in the Wellington branch for a MyRentokil Administrator. This role will be responsible for overseeing the training, as well as supporting and carrying out the infield installation and servicing of myRentokil at client sites at the local state level. Applicants must be based in and have the right to live and work permanently in New Zealand. The responsibilities of this position include: Maintaining our online reporting database for customers Carrying out site visits and customer-facing activities Supporting other admin functions and assisting with Service Planning as required Support, assist and train all key stakeholders in myRentokil facets as deemed necessary Provide support for the local business and Technical Managers in the preparation, uploading and actioning of Quality Assurance Inspections and Reporting Be responsible for and oversee all compliance procedures and to ensure that the delivery of myRentokil HD services comply with current company policies, procedures and expectations at the local level Ensure site plans are maintained in the myRentokil systems in the agreed format and meet all regulatory statutes Service and maintain the portfolio to an agreed annual value or as the business HD portfolio size justifies To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in systems planning and reporting Familiar with drawing site plans desirable but not required Experience with maintaining safe work systems Great teamwork and communication skills Proven track record building customer relationships Good knowledge and workings with modern IT services, programs and equipment What we offer: Southern Cross Health Insurance Work stability in a reputable company A friendly and supportive team environment Comprehensive training in our products, services and safety practices About us: Rentokil Initial operates in New Zealand under the brands Rentokil, Initial and Ambius.
