This piece, like the other three that I have listed for sale (see other listings), is in excellent condition looking as-new with no stains, fading or visible wear at all. It was laid in 2012 from what we have been told was the very last New Zealand factory run of Axminster wool carpet. The elderly lady who owned the house before us was very proud of it and kept it in perfect condition.\r\n\r\nTHIS AUCTION IS FOR ONE PIECE ONLY WITH DIMENSIONS AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS\r\nThere are three other pieces available - see my other listings. Note the largest piece isn't pictured as it was too big to move and unroll for photographing, but more than happy for anyone local to inspect before the auction closes. The total area of all four pieces is around 60m2.\r\n\r\nIf not used for carpet they are ideal for making into a rug or mat. To give you an idea of the cost for this, Norca Rug Co in Levin recently edged some wool carpet for us and that cost $200 for a 3.6 x 2.5m rug.\r\n\r\nAll pieces are being sold separately as $1 no reserve auctions.
