We're on the hunt for a reliable, physically fit worker to join a small fencing crew based in Glen Oroua. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is keen to learn a valuable trade. The Role: * Assisting with fence line prep and wire work * Working alongside a lead fencer to complete rural fencing jobs * Lifting and carrying materials (25kg+), digging, hammering, and wire tensioning * Operating in pairs and maintaining good communication * Working outside in all types of weather - rain or shine! * Early starts, long days, and occasionally short-notice changes due to weather Days & Hours:  * Monday - Friday - early starts required.  * Occasional Saturday work required.  * $25 per hour Benefits:  * Consistent full-time hours * Great team culture and solid mentoring * Learn the ropes and progress to operate tractors, post drivers, pole borers, and more * Work with your hands and stay fit - no gym required * Develop real-world skills with a respected fencing contractor Requirements:  * Physically fit and capable of repetitive, heavy work * Great attitude, reliable, and able to take direction * Full Class 1 Driver Licence and your own reliable transport * Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons * Able to work well in a two-person team A benefit if you have a farming or rural background or experience in landscaping, outdoor labouring, or grounds maintenance.  Apply NowReady to get started?
