About the Role This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role where you'll manage people, clients, and projects; all while having the backing of an experienced Technical Director for the heavy technical detail. What You'll Be Doing * Leading and mentoring a capable civil engineering team. * Building strong client relationships and driving repeat business. * Managing land development projects from start to finish. * Working closely with the Technical Director to balance commercial and technical priorities. * Playing a key role in the growth of the Auckland business. What We're Looking For * It's anticipated that to be succesful in this role you will have between 6-12 years' experience in civil engineering/land development, although there is flexibility in this. * Confident communicator who can manage clients as well as a small team. * Strong technical grounding, with commercial awareness. * Proficiency in civil design/modelling software. * CPEng not required, leadership potential is more important.
