As a Casual Programme Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that makes the mornings and/or afternoons unforgettable for children! You’ll be working mainly in the afternoons (2.30pm - 6pm depending on programme requirements).This is a reliever role, so you’ll be rostered on an “as required” basis – perfect if you’re after flexibility while still making a big impact. Location: Darfield school. About the Role: * Supervise and assist children in programme activities. * Ensure that the working environment is kept clean, tidy, hygienic and safe for all children, staff, parents and visitors to the programme at all times. * Assist the Programme Manager as required to run the daily format as scheduled as per duties outlined on the task list. * Report back to the Programme Manager with any concerns regarding a child or behaviour issues etc. Hours of work Please note that this is a casual employment role between Monday - Friday. After school schedule: From/ Between 2.30pm - 6pm Holiday programmes hours may be available Location of work: You will likely be rostered across various sites within the Christchurch region.
