We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to provide strong leadership and ensure effective operational delivery within the branch. This role is critical in supporting people performance, client outcomes, and continuous improvement. About the Role The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading teams, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing rosters and payroll, and ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop team members in line with company values. * Oversee daily operational performance and workforce planning. * Ensure services meet client expectations, budgets, and contractual requirements. * Manage rostering, payroll accuracy, and financial performance of the unit. * Drive continuous improvement and support change initiatives. * Maintain strong client relationships and respond to incidents and escalations. * Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies. About You You will be a confident and ethical leader with experience in complex operational environments. You will have: * Proven experience leading teams. * Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. * High standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus. * The ability to work flexibly and remain effective under pressure. * 3+ years' operational experience. * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
