




What will your responsibilities be: Providing Clinical and staff leadership across the service. Work closely with the very experienced Operations Manager in the day to day operational needs Provide staff leadership in the absence of the operations Manager. Manage a team of staff. This is a "hands on" front line role involved in the care and support of the men who are in this service Dealing with conflict and problem solving throughout the day On call roster once a month Our ideal candidate will: Must have an NZ approved Degree level qualification in Social Work, Addictions, Nursing, Counselling (or similar) Must have full NZ registration with NZAC, Dapaanz, Nursing Council, SWRB, (or NZ equivalent) Have 5 full years of employment experience in Housing, Corrections, Addictions, Social Work, Health (or equivalent) Able to demonstrate 1 year of leading others in a team.
