Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the setup, planting, management, and harvesting of research field trials - Support the breeding and seed production of grain legumes, oats, and some brassica species - Collect and manage trial data, with opportunities to use tools such as Genovix (training provided) - Help maintain crop health and trial integrity through effective crop management practices - Operate small tractors and planting/harvesting equipment - Participate in post-harvest operations including seed processing - Carry out minor mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance as needed
