Finance Business Analyst - Sales (Fixed Term)

At the heart of our business, everything we do must be 'Good enough for mum and dad.' **What will you do?** We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our finance team in Christchurch on a 12 months fixed term basis. In this role you will bridge the gap between data and strategy by delivering actionable insights that inform decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Data and Insights, Sales, you will be instrumental in providing the financial support needed to drive Ryman's growth and help achieve strategic objectives for our Sales teams. Key responsibilities include: - Provide timely, accurate sales information and analysis to aid effective sales management, oversight, and strategic decision-making. - Develop robust sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and strategic objectives - Assist in the development and implementation of the budgeting and forecasting process for sales operations, - Produce monthly sales reports and performance insights, comparing against budget and previous periods to identify trends and opportunities. - Assist in the maintenance and reporting of customer databases, contracts, and sales performance metrics.
