Summary: This role involves assisting with project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, supporting claims, variations, and subcontractor payment certification processes within a high-performing team. This role could suit someone already working in quantity surveying who wants stronger exposure to civil infrastructure and contract management, or equally someone coming from a site engineer, project engineer, or design background who wants to build deeper commercial capability. You’ll work closely with a senior QS and company directors in a small, highly engaged team environment with genuine one-on-one mentorship and exposure to both contractor-side and principal-side projects. The role will involve: * Assisting with project budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking * Supporting claims, variations, and subcontractor payment certification processes * Working alongside project teams to manage commercial risk and project performance * ⁠Exposure to NZS3910-style contract administration and commercial management * Involvement across a wide range of civil infrastructure projects throughout NZ We’re a small team of highly driven people who place a strong emphasis on culture, accountability, practical delivery, and customer-focused outcomes.
