We're looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join our People & Capability team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for managing documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, supporting recruitment, and providing HR administrative support to both our operational teams and corporate office. You'll bring a sharp eye for detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, and a passion for delivering quality support in a fast-paced environment — all while working collaboratively and effectively within a team. You'll be responsible for coordinating HR processes across the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding — including preparing contracts, managing documentation, maintaining HR systems and policies, supporting recruitment and compliance, and providing day-to-day HR administration.
