What we're looking for * Proven HR experience at Business Partner or Senior Advisor level. * Strong knowledge of NZ employment law and HR practice. * Demonstrated ability to manage complex ER cases with professionalism and empathy. * Essential: Strong cultural capability and proven experience working in a kaupapa Maori environment. * Ability to balance organisational goals with people-centred outcomes.
