What you'll be doing * Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance, coaching, and support. * Leading complex ER matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. * Designing and delivering initiatives across performance management, remuneration, employee engagement, and leadership development. * Ensuring compliance with employment legislation while embedding best practice and continuous improvement. * Using HR data and insights to support strong decision-making. What we're looking for * Proven HR experience at Business Partner or Senior Advisor level. * Strong knowledge of NZ employment law and HR practice. * Demonstrated ability to manage complex ER cases with professionalism and empathy. * Essential: Strong cultural capability and proven experience working in a kaupapa Maori environment. * Ability to balance organisational goals with people-centred outcomes.
