Were looking for a person to join our team who can take over the role of processing orders and quoting Solid Surface tops. Whilst full training will be provided we would prefer someone who has worked in the Benchtop/Joinery or Kitchen industry. Ideally someone with a knowledge of Architectural plans. You will need to * be methodical & accurate * have clear hand writing * read joiners & architects plans * exhibit good customer service skills over the phone and in our showroom * work well with our team This is a role with many moving pieces and at times you will need to juggle several tasks at once. You will be well supported in our office with other team members already trained in your position. The expected start date for this role will be mid January to mid February.

Customer Service Representative - Rangiora

The role: Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a varied role that will see you involved in mainly delivering our products directly to the customer, however you will also be serving our customer on the Trade counter. The role will also involve assisting the team with putting stock away and cycle counting. * Ensure that our customers, who are made up of trades, businesses and homeowners, are greeted with a cheerful smile and exceptional service * Ensuring products are organised and ready for delivery and secured to our delivery truck. * Stocking shelves and cycle counting This is a permanent part-time role offering 20 hours Working Monday to Friday, 8am- 12:30pm. About you: To shine in this role, you'll need to be an organised and reliable team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team.
