To start off with you will be based at Panhead Tory Street and then you will do shifts at both Panhead Tory Street and The Tasting Room. You will have: * A current Duty Managers * Proved yourself in a similar role * Great communication skills * The ability to work in two different sites with two different teams * Worked under pressure and loved it * A love for hospitality and delivering an awesome experience for our customers * An ability to get the best out of staff by developing their skills day to day Day to day you will be * Opening or closing the site * Delivering a great customer experience for our customers * Managing and training our team * Helping to develop and maintain efficient systems * Assisting with stock and financial management * Communication with customers around bookings * Resolving any customer issues that may arise In return we will * Offer you a competitive hourly rate * Help you grow in your role * Give you the training you need for both sites If this sounds like you, then please apply by email to Panheadtroy24@gmail.com
