This is a critical role within a large national 3PL business, where you will oversee all branch operations, staff management, and customer engagement while playing a key role in business development. This is your opportunity to take full ownership of the branch, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the company's continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance. * Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive workplace culture. * Maintain strong customer relationships and drive new business opportunities. * Manage all budgets, control costs and drive profitability for the site * Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. * Work closely with the senior leadership team to align branch goals with overall business strategy. About You * At least 5 years proven experience in branch management, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management * Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively. * Excellent customer relationship management and business development skills. * Ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements. * A hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement. * A strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong financial acumen, experienced in managing P&L and controlling operational costs for the site Why Join Us?
