To be successful in this role, you need to have the following: *Either be a qualified carpenter or have 5+ years experience in the industry. *Experience in all elements of new home construction *Quality and tidy workmanship skills *Initiative and the ability to problem solve *High level of attention to detail *Excellent communication skills *Be honest and reliable *A good understanding of NZ building codes *Valid NZ full driver’s licence.
