Ongoing development within a premium New Zealand brand **The Role** You'll support the day-to-day operation of the store. You'll be highly customer-facing, supporting conversion, coaching the team, and ensuring every customer receives a premium, personalised shopping experience. This role has a strong focus on client journey, relationship-building, and after-care, while balancing the realities of high foot traffic and large tourist groups - all without compromising on service standards.
