This permanent part time role offers 3-5 shifts a week within our successful front office team. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and will play a significant part to the success of our busy hotel. The front office role is customer focused and offers the right person a great opportunity to start or further their hospitality career. Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes: * Must be able to work shifts either early 0600-1430, mid 1100-1930 or late 1400-2230 over a 7 day roster. * Experience in front office or within a hotel environment is desirable. * The ability to deal with a range of people and have an understanding of how to achieve exceptional customer service. * A knowledge of reservation systems and computer skills are important. * Excellent communicator with time management skills and the drive to get the desired results. * Flexible with the ability to think on your feet and work in a busy team environment.
