We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to ensure the accuracy of our fully integrated stock recording system.
In this role, you will drive efficiency, collaborate with key stakeholders, and play a crucial part in maintaining seamless stock management. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have a knack for problem-solving, apply now!
Key responsibilities, but not limited to -
* Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
* Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS.
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, and variances.
* Monitor inbound, put-away, and picking accuracy.
* Analyse data and provide insights to improve performance.
* Support daily reporting, reconciliations, and workflow monitoring.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
What You'll Bring to succeed in this role -
* Proven experience in inventory control within a warehouse or 3PL environment.
* Strong WMS capability with high system accuracy and confidence.
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve inventory issues.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, manage workload, and engage stakeholders effectively.
* Must have an LF/LO forklift licence.
Skills & Experience
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to drive successful outcomes.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to track stock accuracy.
* Experience in inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse functions.
* Proficiency in computer systems with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work.
