We are recruiting for a small, family-owned civil construction company based in North Auckland, and we’re looking for an experienced Civil Labourer to join our tight-knit team. If you enjoy variety in your work, take pride in quality workmanship, and can jump on the tools wherever needed — we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing: * Assisting with the construction of retaining walls and general civil works * Formwork carpentry and concrete preparation * Operating machinery including diggers – confident finishing skills essential * Supporting the crew with a range of site tasks to get the job done What We’re Looking For: * Experience in formwork and civil construction * Class 2 driver licence * WTR endorsement (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers) * Reliable, team-focused, and happy to muck in wherever needed * North/West Auckland based (work largely across North Auckland) What’s On Offer: * $26–$30 per hour (depending on experience) * Ongoing full-time work for the right person * Work with a supportive, hardworking family business * Real opportunity to grow your skills and role over time
