Monday night sitting is now online only, until otherwise advised. Dokusan (interview with a teacher) and individual instruction for beginners is available upon request to sunmountainzen@gmail.com You are welcome to just come and sit with our practice community according to your usual meditation practice or seek instruction as to how to meditate within our Zen tradition.
