About the role My client is a Tier 1 civil and infrastructure contractor delivering large-scale transport and structural projects across New Zealand. They are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead on-site operations for a high-profile Auckland project. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys driving results on the ground - coordinating teams, ensuring safety standards, and delivering to programme and quality targets. Key responsibilities * Supervise daily site activities and manage crews and subcontractors. * Coordinate plant, materials, and resources to meet project milestones. * Interpret drawings and specifications for civil and structural works. * Maintain QA records, site reports, and health & safety compliance. * Liaise closely with Project Managers and Engineers to resolve site issues. You'll bring: * Proven experience as a Foreman/Supervisor on civil or structural projects. * Background with Tier 1 or large-scale infrastructure contractors preferred. * Strong knowledge of earthworks, concrete, drainage or structural elements. * Ability to lead, motivate and communicate effectively with site teams. * Commitment to safety, quality and program delivery. * Full NZ driver licence and right to work in New Zealand.
