Higgins in Napier is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor - Surfacing to lead the charge in delivering high-quality, compliant, and efficient surfacing operations. About the Role Reporting to the Surfacing Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of surfacing crews, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. You'll also serve as the local subject matter expert in chip seal and asphalt paving, providing technical guidance on design, construction, and failure analysis.
