Key Responsibilities: Estimating and cost planning for interior fit-out projects from conception to completion. Managing contract negotiations, procurement, and supplier agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions. Conducting financial reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis to keep projects on track. Monitoring variations, claims, and progress payments, ensuring all financial aspects align with project objectives. Liaising with clients, contractors, and project managers to provide clear, concise financial updates. Implementing value engineering strategies to optimise project budgets and improve cost efficiency. Preparing final accounts and cost reconciliations upon project completion. What You Bring: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the interior fit-out or construction industry 5+ years. Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and cost management. Proficiency in cost estimation software and financial reporting tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks. Strong negotiation and communication skills, ensuring successful engagement with stakeholders. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Why Join?
