The Rigid Pattern of Personality

According to the system of somatic psychology which we are using, the final personality pattern to develop - around 4 or 5 years of age - is the 'Rigid' Pattern. Join us on Saturday Sept 27th at 3pm where we will explore the genesis and management of patterned behavior such as; * Overreliance on rules, words, facts and competence * Fear of disorder and chaos * Over-intellectualization * Tendency to be overly critical, blaming, resentful, rigid, righteous, and competitive - including an overactive 'self-critic'. Remember that this education series is not about pointing the finger or labelling anyone, rather the task is to understand and facilitate the unmet need - in this case to feel the real-self, trust it, express it and act from it. To develop the ability to relax, be playful, creative and loving. See you on the 27th!
