We are currently seeking a passionate Chef de Partie or Sous Chef for the upcoming season. This is a full-time fixed-term position, starting in mid October 2025 through to late April 2026. This role has food and accommodation provided on-site at a cost. There is also an opportunity to move to another hotel within the Capstone Group at the end of the season, continuing your hospitality career!
