Conduct safety inspections and compliance checks We are seeking a skilled and reliable EWP Technician to join our team in Wellington. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, inspection, fault-finding, and repair of Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs) such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and cherry pickers. This role requires strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge, attention to safety standards, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We are seeking a skilled and reliable EWP Technician to join our team in Wellington. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, inspection, fault-finding, and repair of Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs) such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and cherry pickers. Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on EWP equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults Conduct safety inspections and compliance checks in line with NZ regulations Maintain accurate service records and reports Ensure all work meets health and safety requirements Support breakdowns and urgent repairs as needed, including occasional off-site work Trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or diesel engineering (or equivalent experience) Experience working with access equipment or heavy machinery Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems Full NZ driver’s licence (class 1; class 2 is a plus) EWP certification (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to
