About the roles: You'll be working across residential, commercial, and subdivision sites, completing a range of drainage installation and maintenance tasks. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering high-quality work. Positions available: * Qualified / Certifying Drainlayers * Experienced Drainage Labourers * Entry-level Labourers with drainage exposure (advantageous) What you'll be doing: * Installing and repairing stormwater and wastewater systems * Assisting with pipe laying, trenching and backfilling * Operating hand and power tools * Supporting machine operators and senior drainlayers * Adhering to health and safety guidelines on active sites What we're looking for: * Proven drainage experience (essential for labourers) * Registered or certifying drainlayers are highly sought after * Ability to work in a physical, outdoor environment * Reliable, hardworking and keen to learn * Site Safe/ConstructSafe and a Class 1 full licence are essential What's on offer: * Competitive hourly rates based on experience ($28 - $33 per hour) * Hourly rates for qualified drainlayers are negotiable on experience. * Ongoing, full-time work across Auckland * Opportunity to build your drainage career * Supportive environment with reputable contractors * Start dates available in the New Year If you're looking to secure your next opportunity and hit the ground running in 2026, apply now or reach out for a confidential chat!
