We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to ensure the accuracy of our fully integrated stock recording system. In this role, you will drive efficiency, collaborate with key stakeholders, and play a crucial part in maintaining seamless stock management. Key Responsibilities * Stock Management: Maintain an accurate inventory system, ensuring timely stock reconciliation and adjustments. * Receipting & Transfers: Oversee stock receipting, prioritizing urgent items, and manage daily stock transfers between CDC branches. * Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, supplier shortages, and damaged stock issues. * Process Improvement: Implement rolling stock counts, analyze shrinkage, and recommend system enhancements. * Warehouse Support: Assist staff with stock matters, perform customer order picking, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Key Relationships * Internal: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, warehouse staff, buyers, finance, and senior product managers. * External: Liaise with suppliers, pharmacy and hospital customers, and miscellaneous clients. Skills & Experience * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to drive successful outcomes. * Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to track stock accuracy. * Experience in inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse functions. * Proficiency in computer systems with the ability to multitask effectively. * Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work.
