I'm looking for a house-sharer to join my huge spacious 3-bedroom home in Torbay. The room available is a large downstairs queen room with in-built wardrobe. There are two separate bathrooms downstairs that you can choose from, and a smaller room that can either be used as a shared office space, or if preferred, a separate TV or gaming room if desired. The only shared spaces are the open plan kitchen/dining and lounge. Current Couple in master bedroom with their own ensuite. One medium-sized dog in the house, who is quiet and loves to be around humans. Ideal Flatmate(s): Open to singles and couples between mid 20's and 30's. Full time workers and pay on time. Per week costs include Power/Water/Internet and shared cleaning items in kitchen. You'll also be able to add on your profile to some streaming services in the shared lounge on the smart T.V. $380 p/w for a single. $440 p/w for a couple. 2 weeks bond preferred but negotiable (within reason). This is not a party house and is in a quiet neighborhood. House is three bedrooms, but one of the rooms upstairs is being converted into a gaming room for current couple. House also has a large backyard + undercover spa pool on the back deck. Things close by: Bus stop & Torbay shops are 5-8min walk. (1-2min if you drive). 10-15min drive to Albany Bus station 10min max drive to supermarkets in either Torbay, Long Bay or Browns Bay. Take your pick of beaches all within 10min; Long Bay beach, Waiake Beach, Browns Bay beach.
