Tiny house available from December 5th. Rent includes WIFI and power. Gas for the hot water is your responsibility. The unit is down the driveway behind our home. It is fully private with its down deck. We have 2 dogs who will sometimes come and say hello so you must be ok with dogs. Both very friendly! We also have 3 children who you will hear sometimes playing outside. Tenant must be a full time working professional.
