We have a room available in a sunny Hastings home, located in Parkvale. Nice handy location to town and close to windsor park which is good for a walk around. Current flatmates have been here for over two years. We have a great flatting vibe and living dynamic, and we are definitely looking to keep that. Currently two male flatmates who are 29 and 25 who are into hunting, fishing, gymming, skiing and mountain biking etc. We both work in professional full time roles and are looking for someone similar to join us who has similar interests / routines. The house is fully furnished except for your own bedroom furniture (new appliances and furniture). We live in a really quiet part of town on a back section which gets heaps of sun in the summer and isn't cold in the winter. Rent is $250 per week and includes power, gas & internet. The bedroom available was recently renovated and has had a fresh coat of paint, new lights & fittings. The room includes a regular sized inbuilt wardrobe.
