I am looking for flatmates to join me in my beautiful home. Come and share our small piece of paradise, with an in grounded heated swimming pool, spa pool, pool table set in beautiful rural setting, lake views, peaceful and quiet. I have two rooms available, including gas power and internet 1 large double room with ensuite (under floorheating, heated towel rail), walkin wardrobe, ranch slider out to pool. Would suit a couple, $400 per week 1 large double, sharing the bathroom (under floor heating, heated towel rails) with one other, large double wardrobe. Single only, $300 per week. 10mins to Dinsdale, under 15 mins to Waikato Hospital, 20 mins to Te Awamutu Looking for professional or students only. Pets are negotiable.
