Kia ora, I am looking for 2 new flatmates as there is two rooms available in a 3-bedroom flat in Karori. The new periodic lease begins 18th January so move in date is around 12th of January. About the house: -2 minute walk to the No. 2 and No.18 bus. -Close to Marsden Village shops and the beautiful Skyline walkway -Quiet neighbourhood -Huge fully fenced backyard, perfect for summer -Sunny deck with morning and afternoon sun -The flat will need some furnishing About me: I’m 29, working full-time, and I live with Baxter, my friendly 10-year-old labradoodle. I like to keep the flat tidy, relaxed, and respectful, and I’m looking for like-minded people who enjoy a calm, friendly home. On weekends I’m usually in the garden or out walking Baxter, at the beach, or off on a tramp.
