Avondale, 3 bedrooms

Looking for a flatmate for our recently renovated three bedroom house. It is close to all public transport and motorways. Avondale Train station, bus stops, Avondale College, Sunday Market and Heron Park are within walking distance of the house. ***Safe neighbourhood with few schools around*** House has a spacious lounge area with a big flat screen TV, nice collection of indoor plants, an all year round fruit and veg garden, a modern kitchen with all the utensils including air fryer, rice cooker etc Large outdoor decks for yoga or relaxing garden with many fruit trees and flowers. The room is a large spacious double bedroom (3m x 3.3m) with a built-in wardrobe, sorry photos can’t do the justice ?? it also included a double bed (including mattress and bedding), study table and a chair. We’re not a party house but we are pretty relaxed and comfortable with others. The room is available now. The bond is two weeks rent ( of course refundable ??) Weekly rent is $200 + 1/3 of expenses (approximately $20 per week).
