Monday Board Games at Southern Cross

Welcome, everyone! We're a friendly bunch of board game fans, newbies and long-time players alike. Formed after the closure of the board game café, Counter Culture. Games are brought in by attendees and usually chosen on the night. Bring your favourites, or just yourself, and join a table. There’s no cost to join, but the bar appreciates food and drink purchases. And yes, friends, family, and curious tag-alongs are welcome too! While we start arriving from 5:30pm onwards, games usually start closer to 6 (after we grab food and catch up). Then we typically stay until the bar closes, around 9 to 10pm. Usually, there are about 6-12 regulars, so you're likely to meet more than just those listed here! Come say hi, pull up a chair, and jump into a game!
