Position Overview: The Sales Consultant will maintain and promote the company's commitment to providing an exceptional level of service to our clients from concept to handover. You will work alongside our designers, construction team, tradesmen and consultants to deliver a seamless experience for our clients from the ground up. This position requires you to know your customers and the industry, learning about new products, materials and design ideas that will make you the in-house expert. Starting from enquiry and lead management you will have the knowledge and people skills to become the trusted expertise throughout the clients decision making process and sales process. To be considered for this role: * Have prior successful experience in sales within the residential or commercial construction environment. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets * Be a strong communicator as you will be dealing with a wide range of people including customers, coworkers, suppliers and trades * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners * Strong IT capabilities with the ability to easily learn new systems and software * Be able to maintain the companies customer sales database and lead activities * Ability to multitask and stay organised through high volumes * Monitor building market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine your sales approach * Have initiative, commercial acumen, professionalism, and a ‘can do’ attitude * Able to work varied hours, including days, evenings and weekends We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented sales consultant to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
