Due to continued growth and a solid pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Foreman to join their team. About the Role As Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising construction projects to ensure work is completed on time, within budget and in line with quality and health and safety standards. You will coordinate day-to-day site operations, manage the team and subcontractors, and provide project management to ensure successful delivery. This role requires strong leadership, practical building knowledge and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee on-site construction activities across multiple stages of projects • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and daily operations • Plan and prioritise workloads to meet project deadlines • Monitor progress and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies • Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and all site safety requirements • Manage site resources, deliveries and scheduling requirements • Liaise with the site team regarding progress, risks and issues • Mentor, support and upskill team members • Assist with onboarding and training of employees and contractors • Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail across all projects About You To be successful in this role, you will be a confident and experienced construction leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
