What a day look like as CDP with us: - Check kitchen stock quantity and quality, check orders invoices coming in and fill out food control plan - Open/Close/Clean/Deep clean with check lists and inform head chef with stock level & ordering needs - Prep according to recieps, cook a la carte during service and clean as you go; deep clean when possible and up to standards - Can take care of one section of your own and coordinate with the team on timing with effective communication during busy service - Actively seeking opportunities to learn from the head chef from prepping, cooking, prioritising, ordering to budget and stock - Follow recipes and policies, staffie &wastage procedures; ensure consistency to keep within the business theme and guideline - Recommended to observe and learn to be on top of business standards, push oneself to be senior CDP and grow with us Full time, and part time roles available, our restaurants usually rostered 2 shifts am/pm between 10am-11pm. Career path provided and internal growth is supported and encouraged; move from kitchen hand, to junior chef, chef de partie, senior cdp, junior sous, sous, senior sous, to head chef.
