The role: In this role, your primary responsibilities will include: - Assist directors with strategic planning and business development. - Oversee quoting and pricing processes. - Identify and secure sales opportunities for a strong work pipeline. - Cultivate and enhance customer relationships for loyalty and satisfaction. - Support staff through training, development, and upskilling programs. - Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with policies.
