You'll work alongside experienced crews, gaining valuable onsite experience while contributing to high-quality builds. Benefits * Competitive pay: $24-$28 per hour + 8% holiday pay * Weekly pay cycle * Career development and training opportunities * Monday-Friday work with consistent hours * Work with reputable contractors and industry leaders Duties * General labouring and site clean-up * Assisting tradespeople and site managers * Loading and unloading building materials * Operating basic power tools and equipment * Supporting day-to-day construction tasks * Following health & safety procedures at all times Skills and Experience * Previous labouring or construction experience preferred * Confidence using basic tools and equipment * Valid Site Safe (or willingness to obtain) * Valid working rights in New Zealand * Full NZ driver licence and reliable transport * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions About the Company This company is a key player in Auckland's commercial construction sector, known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining strong safety standards.
