We are ready to employ a social media content specialist to work across our business which is nationwide. We're on the hunt for a creative and driven person to help bring the Kirimana story to life. You'll be creating and curating engaging content that attracts candidates, supports our clients, and strengthens our brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook. You will be responsible for the following: * Plan and execute monthly content calendars across platforms * Capture and edit photo/video content aligned with brand tone * Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community interactions * Collaborate with recruiters to create job and candidate stories * Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance * Research social trends and apply new creative ideas We need those with a solid work ethic ensuring time management and the ability to function effectively under pressure. Your creative potential will enjoy the perfect environment to flourish but you'll also need the focus and discipline to stay on task and deliver to deadlines. This will require a high level of accountability as you navigate this space and manage people to play their part in the creative process. As a minimum we require at least 2 years of experience working in a similar position as a social media content specialist or hold a related qualification. You must be able to provide evidence of this experience through references. For these positions we are offering $25 - $40 per hour on wages. A normal week will consist of a minimum 30 hours up to 50 hours between Monday and Saturday depending on the project stage and timeline, so you must be flexible.
