RV Workshop Technician required - immediate start. Full-time position, Monday-Friday (no weekends) - Kopu, Thames - good rates of pay dependent on experience. We are looking for a number of committed individuals to join our growing team repairing, restoring and modifying all types of motorhomes, caravans, buses & RV's. This is a busy fast paced environment and the successful candidate/s must be adaptable to this. We are a friendly team with a positive workplace attitude where team members work hard, take pride in their work, share ideas and enjoy banter and laughs along the way. Duties are to include a range of responsibilities - full restorations, interior fit outs, panel beating, fibreglass panel replacements & re-clads, roof vents, water & grey water tanks, awning fittings, rust removal and protection, water leak issues, shower floor repairs and coating, amongst a vast variety of tasks. Some electrical and gas experience would also be extremely beneficial. Excellent problem solving skills are required along with thinking outside the box to solve an issue. A positive attitude to growth and a willingness to be involved in this process with opportunity for personal growth. Some experience in any of the above is required and some advanced handy man skills would be beneficial, however some training will be provided. We are moving forward with a digital way of working and some knowledge or ability to learn and use electronic devices to record the jobs undertaken will be a requirement.
