Stock & Parts Co-ordinator Full-time position, Monday-Friday (no weekends) - Kopu, Thames - good rates of pay dependent on experience. We are looking for an organised and reliable Stock & Parts Co-ordinator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring parts, consumables and shop stock are accurately ordered, tracked and maintained both physically and on our system. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key responsibilities will be:- *Ordering parts, consumables and shop stock as required *Receiving, sorting and organising deliveries/returns *Monitoring stock levels and re-ordering to avoid shortages *Liaising with suppliers and workshop staff *Sorting, labelling and storing parts and consumables correctly *Supporting the workshop/team with stock related queries *Building inventories for parts, consumables, shop stock *Building systems for parts, consumables, shop stock *Liaising with suppliers for the best deals *Keeping the office up to date with where parts are at/chasing orders *Good customer service skills We are looking for:- *Strong organisational and time management skills *Good attention to detail and accuracy *Comfortable using computer systems for stock control *Ability to work independently and part of a team *Some experience is desirable although not necessary *Ability to work in a fast paced environment We offer:- *Training and support in systems and processes *Training and support in the RV industry *Stable role within a supportive team environment *Opportunity to grow and develop within the company Only serious candidates need apply
