Mentor teammates and undertake activities to meet contract standards We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced 3 Waters Supervisor who shares our passion for achieving excellence! **Te Kōwhiringa | The Opportunity** We have a secured pipeline of work in our city, and we are now looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Three Waters Supervisor. * You will be based in Dunedin and will lead field crews working on capital projects and repairs in the three waters sector. * Your responsibilities include defining project scopes, programming, and managing the delivery of all project elements, with a particular emphasis on maintaining safety and ensuring quality throughout. * Your duties include assisting the team with our 3 Waters reticulation renewals, which involve civil pipe laying, testing, commissioning, and operating machinery such as excavators and trucks. * This role includes an element of office-based work to support the safe and efficient delivery by our field teams. * In this role, you will have a keen eye for detail to meet our customers' needs * You will serve as a mentor to your teammates as you undertake a variety of activities to meet our contract standards. **Nga Pūkenga Matua | Important Skills** Along with your dedication towards work and your commitment to safe workplace practices, the other skills you will need to bring, such as: * A minimum Class 1 - Full New Zealand Drivers Licence and Class 2/4 with WTR would be beneficial * 6+ years relevant field-based experience * A proven track record of working and supervising on 3 Waters projects * Level 4 industry qualification * Proficient in the use of a computer and MS-based applications * Experience in operating a variety of civil machinery * Work well in a team environment, but can self-manage workload * Be honest, reliable, and hard working.
