Summary: This role involves accurately picking and packing online orders, assisting customers at checkouts, managing payments, and ensuring compliance with age-restricted sales. Highlights: 1. Working within a team or independently with great organizational skills Sunday to Thursday Sunday 6.30am to 2pm Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm Your main role will be picking and packing online and ultra convenience orders, with secondary work on the checkout. • Picking and packing orders accurately, efficiently and safely for our online customers. • Communicating with departments regarding out of stocks, substitutions and other enquiries for online customers. • Help our customers by being knowledgeable about our products and services in our store. • Help us stick to the rules around the sale of age restricted goods, such as tobacco and alcohol. • Assist customers through our self-service checkouts. • Manage cash, eft-pos and online payments • Demonstrating a positive attitude towards health and safety and food safety. • Being customer focused whether it be face to face or online. • Punctual, reliable and honest, with a positive attitude towards all customers, work colleagues and suppliers. • Being able to work efficiently within a team or on your own. • Great organisational skills and communication. • A willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift. • A friendly smile and attitude.
